This service is a monthly recurring cost that provides access to enhanced visual analytics that will help you understand the behavior of people on your website. Some of these features include heatmaps that show where your guests are clicking, along with where they move their mouse and how they scroll up/down on the pages of your website. Some setup process is involved and we’ll need to work together to best determine which pages you want to be monitored and to evaluate the data once it begins to come in.
You can use this information to create a better website experience but removing or adding content, making pages load faster, reorganizing menu items, or creating more expansive features that help your guests and potential guests book faster. In addition, we can capture more user data and set up funnels to help understand the path people take through your website.
